Located in the serene town of Fruitland, Idaho, Snake River Veterinary Center is a privately-owned practice offering the perfect blend of rural charm and proximity to urban conveniences. Just 50 miles west of Boise, our community offers outdoor activities from hiking and fishing to winter sports. Fruitland is known for its friendly atmosphere, making it easy to form lasting relationships and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. Positioned along the scenic Snake River and near the Oregon border, this area is rich in natural beauty and community spirit. About our Practice

Our mixed animal practice is equipped with cutting-edge medical tools, including an in-house diagnostic lab, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, and laser therapy. Our brand-new facility supports a wide range of animal care, featuring specialized areas for small animals, equine, and cattle, complete with a hydraulic cattle chute, stock, and portable x-ray and ultrasound equipment. We have a trained, collaborative professional veterinary staff to support you! Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventive care, surgery, and emergency medicine within a mixed animal practice. Perform examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and routine procedures as appropriate for small animals, equine, and cattle. Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and licensure to practice in Idaho. Interest and experience in preventive care, surgeries, and emergency medicine. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive work style. Work-Life Balance & Benefits
