What You’ll Do
Enter and maintain service tickets in Sage for accurate billing
Manage weekly accounts receivable reviews, initiate collections, and build strong client relationships
Support monthly billing by preparing requisitions and assisting Project Managers
Track change orders, subcontractor/supplier activity, and lien waivers
Generate and distribute POC and WIP reports to management and Project Managers
Support Project Administrator tasks, manage submittals, RFIs, field notes, change orders, equipment logs, payments, and purchase orders
What You Bring
Strong grasp of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sageexperience is a plus
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Great communication and people skills
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Preferred but Not Required
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
