Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve our AI/NLP-driven support services. Day-to-day tasks will include enhancing our proprietary language models. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize machine learning solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
