Key Responsibilities Architect and design comprehensive messaging solutions utilizing O365 messaging services and in-premise Exchange, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Train and mentor team members on O365 messaging and Exchange technologies, fostering a skilled workforce capable of effectively delivering solutions and mitigating project risks. Gather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored messaging solutions that address specific organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in messaging services, ensuring that solutions remain current, innovative, and compliant with industry standards. Skill Requirements In-depth knowledge of O365 messaging services and in-premise Exchange technologies. Solid understanding of architectural design principles and solution delivery processes. Familiarity with client requirement analysis and stakeholder engagement. Strong mentoring and team development skills to enhance team capabilities.
