LEAP IT Program Industrialization Leader , you will be an important member of StandardAeros global IT leadership team. The LEAP IT Program Industrialization Leader will establish and lead the execution of the digitization roadmap for the new LEAP engine product line at the San Antonio, TX facility. The program includes end-to-end technology including ERP systems, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and related software capabilities for a fully digitized Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) capabilities. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and has a dotted line to the Senior Vice President of LEAP Program Industrialization. What youll do: Manage staff by recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring employees, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability. Identify problematic areas and implement timely and cost-effective strategic solutions. Administer the annual budget and control costs. Remain current and knowledgeable with state-of-the-art products and recommend necessary changes. Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives. Demonstrate initiative and be an active problem-solver. Drive a Lean culture/mindset. Require standard work for all processes including leadership accountabilities and communication. Develop an agile team and collaborate with other leaders to optimize scheduling to meet commitments. Demonstrate effective conflict management and skillfully handle difficult interactions. What skills you will require: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline desired or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. Experience leading large complex IT programs. Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies, systems analysis, programming techniques and design methods, data processing principles, theories, concepts and terminology. Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral and written communication skills. Preferred Characteristics you will possess: Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline. Experience in global industrial enterprises. Experience in digitization programs for MRO, aerospace and/or discrete manufacturing. Experience in ERP systems, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain software solutions.
