Seeking a highly experienced

Project Manager

with deep expertise in

Verint Workforce Management (WFM)

to lead strategic workforce optimization initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Verint WFM projects, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and adoption across retail and contact center operations.

Must Have Experience

Project Manager Technical / Functional 50/50 split between Technical & Functional.

Must have experience with Verint Workforce Management

Must have experience Leading end to end Verint Workforce Management project delivery including planning, execution, making suggestions, provide solutions, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Must have Managed at least 2 projects in integrating WFM

Must have good understanding of how the WFM works be able to provide guidance & expertise knowledge as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on WFM

Must have experience managing Stakeholders/ Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Verint WFM project delivery including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Act as the Verint WFM subject matter expert, guiding solution design, configuration, and optimization.

Collaborate with internal business units, IT teams, Verint consultants, and third-party vendors.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure successful integration of Verint WFM with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, and telephony systems.

Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and training initiatives to ensure adoption and operational readiness.

Monitor KPIs and workforce metrics to validate solution effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Manage project documentation, risk logs, and governance reporting.

Facilitate UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

Required Qualifications

11+ years of project management experience, with strong hands-on experience implementing and managing Verint WFM solutions.

Proven success in delivering WFM projects in retail, contact center, or enterprise environments.

Deep understanding of Verint WFM modules including: Forecasting & scheduling, Shift bidding & intraday management, Real-time adherence, Time-off management, Performance analytics.

Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
