What You’ll Be Doing: ️ Implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions for core HR functions, including employee records, payroll, and benefits management ️ Configuring SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll ️ Collaborating with HR teams to design and streamline HR processes and workflows ️ Integrating SAP HCM with other SAP solutions like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and SAP Time Management ️ Enhancing reporting capabilities for HR metrics, employee data, and payroll processes ️ Providing user support, troubleshooting, and conducting training for SAP HCM users What We’re Looking For: ️ Proven experience with SAP HCM implementation and support ️ Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and human resources management processes ️ Experience with SAP HCM integration with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, or other systems ️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills ️ SAP HCM certification or relevant SAP certifications is a plus
