What you’ll be doing: Educating clients on solutions we offer, providing information on product options, financing, and project timelines while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage leads, follow-ups, and proposals to ensure a smooth sales process. Utilize software tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and report on performance metrics. Achieving individual sales goals and contribute to overall company growth. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Energy Exterior NW’s exterior home remodeling offerings – such as windows and exterior door replacement, James Hardie siding, fencing, decking, and painting, to inform and support customers accurately, while staying up to date on current industry trends. Other duties as assigned. What you bring to the table: 2+ years of proven experience in sales. Strong background in outside sales, with demonstrated success in achieving targets. CRM experience. Knowledge of exterior home remodeling offerings. Experience in business development and territory management. Confident, self-motivated, and results driven. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building. Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license, obeying traffic laws. What’s in it for you? Uncapped commission! Unlimited earning potential! Our compensation model is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair. Sales Consultants are hired as W-2 employees You are classified as a non-exempt employee, which means you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Washington State and federal labor laws. Commission-Based Pay Your compensation is based on your sales. The more jobs you sell, the higher your earnings. We calculate your pay based on collected revenue (i.e., once payment from insurance or private pay clients is received). Additional details are spelled out in the offer. Minimum Wage Compliance We are committed to full legal compliance. If your commission-based earnings fall below Washington's minimum wage for any pay period, we will make a minimum wage adjustment to ensure you are paid at least the required rate for all hours worked.
