If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player, this might be the perfect role for you. We seek someone with an unstoppable drive to grow our studio, who feels comfortable making calls, loves fitness, has strong customer service skills, and is a self-driven salesperson. Job Description: The Membership Consultant oversees membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. They create an environment that motivates and inspires members to achieve their goals, develop personal relationships, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members with resources. Responsibilities & Duties: Support an exceptional onboarding experience for new members. Achieve monthly self-generated lead targets. Manage lead pipeline to drive conversions. Hit monthly new member growth goals. Make 60+ phone calls daily. Engage with potential members after classes to discuss memberships. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the gym. Provide a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience to inspire members in their fitness journey. Qualifications: Motivated and passionate about health and fitness. Positive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate well with anyone. Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody and Loyalsnap.
