Mandatory Skills:
Oracle SCM, Oracle Mfg, Oracle WMS, ASCP Looking for a senior support consultant with 6+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, ASCP, and Oracle Planning Modules. Candidate should possess strong skills in ASCP with functional expertise in Oracle ASCP, expertise in supply chain planning, demand planning in SCM and manufacturing, and good knowledge in modules such as ASCP, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle WIP, and Demantra. Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management related business processes and Oracle configurations/functional setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional interfaces for R12 EBS. Detailed knowledge of ASCP collection, constrained and unconstrained plan, release plan, horizontal plan, troubleshooting of failing collection, etc. End-to-end management/coordination of client cycle including daily client cycle, run-time performance/solve scorecard tracker, job failures within client cycle, managing ITS/infrastructure maintenance requirements such as month-end, ad-hoc business requests for schedule deviations, support annual budget process, etc. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate functional details to end users and work with the support team for issue resolution. Oracle SR management for production issues where root cause has been tracked back to either ASCP functional issue. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
