Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on Power Automate Senior Consultant to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform. The candidate will take an active role in leading the development of a custom Power Apps suite for the client in the Defense and Security Segment, where the individual will design and develop solutions to automate business processes. The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to clients and senior level groups. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Automate business processes by delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrationsConduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentationWork with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organization * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance* Bachelor's degree* THREE (3) years of professional experience including TWO (2) years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience* Ability to work on client site in Washington, DC metro region 3 days per weekPower Platform experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate and experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power AutomateExperience analyzing and defining system requirements Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with strong attention to detailExperience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to anticipate and respond to management and client needsAbility to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staffAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization Experience working with human capital-related data* Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance* Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays* Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus* Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Basic Life & Supplemental Life* Health Savings Account, Dental/Vision & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts* Short-Term & Long-Term Disability* Student Loan PayDown* Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning Opportunities* Skills Development & Certifications* Employee Referral Program* Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach* Emergency Back-Up Childcare Program* Mobility Stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr
