Senior Consultant

who will work across a range of sectors (Energy, Automotive, Space & Defense, Education, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing etc.). You will have opportunities to learn from senior team members through counselling relationships, mentoring, and coaching. Your key responsibilities Identify

and

analyze

client’s

strategic issues Lead and

guide junior team members , providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality project delivery Be an active

contact for our clients , responsible for developing work plans,

designing

and

conducting analyses

and

synthesizing conclusions Focus on a

variety of client issues , such as:

Designing

organic and inorganic

growth and digital transformation strategies for organizations Performing analysis and

diligence

on acquisition / divestment candidates Assessing

attractiveness

of

potential

targets Understanding new

markets

with their challenges and opportunities Performing

market ,

industries

and

companies dynamics research

using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports, market research reports, news articles, internal sources) Executing various

analyses

(e.g. customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, operating model design, macroeconomic / financial forecasting and synergies analysis) to support the strategic recommendations Designing and executing

in-depth interview guides

with key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers Analyzing

business plans

and pro-forma financial and operating models to help identify key assumptions and drivers

BSc

or

MSc

Degree

in the field of Economics, Business or Engineering At least

2 years of relevant work experience

in strategy consulting, business consulting, private equity, investment banking, project management, transactions, corporate finance, operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function Ability to

make detailed assessments

of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities Excellent

problem-solving orientation , project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills Effective

organization

and

time

management

skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines. Advanced user level in

MS Office tools

- Excel, PowerPoint, Word Excellent knowledge of

English and Hungarian
