comprehensive financial solutions . Offer expert guidance on
wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution strategies , including investments, retirement, estate planning, and risk management. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement
holistic financial plans
tailored to your clients’ goals. Utilize firm-provided financial planning software and resources to create detailed projections and recommendations. Conduct regular reviews and make adjustments to keep plans aligned with clients’ objectives. Business Development and Growth: Identify and cultivate
new client opportunities
through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Expand your practice with the
backing of a trusted firm , offering support for outreach initiatives and events. Collaborate with fellow advisors to share insights and best practices. Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all financial strategies and recommendations comply with
industry regulations and best practices . Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation. Qualifications: Licensing and Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required. Life and Health Insurance license required. CFP, ChFC, or similar designation is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience
as a financial advisor with a
proven book of business . Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Skills and Attributes: Strong financial planning,
analytical, and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for
