We’re seeking a

Senior Project Manager / Project Architect

with a passion for both interior design and architecture to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role will begin remotely as we establish our satellite office, transitioning into a hybrid position as the local team forms a shared workspace. You’ll lead architectural projects from concept through construction, collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work. Lead architectural design and project management: Drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations. Prepare design presentations and detailed construction drawings, with support from team members as needed. Collaborate on interiors: Work closely with our partner interior design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high-end interior detailing. Oversee project workflow: Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards. Coordinate with clients and consultants: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Occasional trips to New York office for in-person collaboration. Requirements

Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design. Software skills:

Revit, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office: Must be proficient. Enscape knowledge is a plus.

High-end detailing: Strong knowledge of high-end interior detailing is required. Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers. Project management: Experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables. Deep Understanding of Local Building Codes. Driver's License required. Licensure: Licensure preferred but not required. Willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
