Pipeline Regulatory Compliance – Project Manager

Overview
Development and updates of written pipeline safety programs including, but not limited to: Operations and Maintenance; Integrity Management; Damage Prevention; Public Awareness; Operator Qualification; Control Room Management; Drug and Alcohol. Includes pipeline safety regulatory audit preparation, simulated regulatory audits, jurisdictional analysis and regulatory interpretations, and training. Partners with other RCP technical teams in the development of Client Solutions. Other duties as assigned. Travel required up to 50% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
Minimum 8 years’ experience in 49 CFR Part 192 and 195 compliance
Previous consulting and project management experience
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
Writing sample required
Preferred Qualities
Driven, focused work ethic
Excellent technical writing skills
Curious and passionate about learning
Attention to detail, quality focused
