For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,000 - $148,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Contract Manager – Software Solutions

to lead the end-to-end contractual lifecycle for large-scale, software-intensive projects within the Digital Grid segment (e.g., ADMS, GIS, DERMs). This role will focus on negotiating and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Software License and Subscription Agreements, Maintenance and Support Agreements, Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), and frame agreements to ensure Schneider Electric’s commercial interests are protected and project execution is seamless. You will collaborate across business divisions and third-party subcontractors — to drive contract excellence and support successful project delivery and long-term software success. Responsibilities

Engage early with Sales, Business Development, and Proposal teams to assess customer requirements and shape contract strategy. Support go/no-go decisions by identifying key contractual risks and commercial considerations. Draft and review preliminary contractual documents, NDAs, and prequalification materials. Redline exceptions to RFP responses and consolidate subcontractor exceptions for a unified RFP submittal. Identify potential risks and collaborate with teams estimating the level of effort to strengthen bid accuracy and competitiveness. Contract Lifecycle Support: Collaborating with the Sales Team to review, negotiate, and manage contractual, commercial, financial, scope, and schedule aspects with adherence to engagement rules and SME collaboration. Ensure Group policy compliance, coordination with legal and corporate functions. Lead contract reviews; identify and analyze risks (scope, schedule, commercial, financial, tax); liaise with Schneider Electric legal team; finalize contracts and POs; hand-off to execution teams. Administer contracts; document obligations; support project teams with risk mitigation, change orders, and variation claims; run brainstorming sessions on complex projects; lead contract training; mentor teams; enforce corporate guidelines and tools. Support document management: organization and consolidation along with contract template management. Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Law, or Contract Management or related field. 5+ Years of contract/project management experience in complex software and SaaS projects. Proven expertise in negotiating and managing MSAs, Licensing agreements, T&Cs, and frame agreements. Experience in enterprise software solutions preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and resolve commercial/contractual disputes.
