MONTALBA ARCHITECTS is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 6-10 years of full-time experience in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles. The role involves assisting in the development of project documentation across design phases. Who are we?

Tell us more about you: What qualities do you believe attribute to the success of a project and team? Responsibilities

Hold a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 6-10 years of experience in an architectural office. Demonstrate a thoughtful design process with the ability to work toward design-forward solutions. Craft and manage the development of high-level organized drawing sets for DD and CD phases, including resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and coordination of consultants and building systems. Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus. Develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus. Experience coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus. What we need from you
