The Product Specialist is responsible to promote & sell the company\'s products and achieve their sales targets. The Product Specialist manages their designated area, including recruitment of new customers and the retention of existing ones. The Product Specialist is responsible for the delivery and accessibility of professional and scientifically based information regarding Allergan’s products. The Product Specialist will meet with physicians and other relevant care providers within an assigned territory. The Product Specialist would provide the most current information pertaining to Allergan Israel products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory. Accomplishment of these goals must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the company code of Ethics, company\'s SOPs and local rules and regulations. Responsibilities include: Achieving and increasing sales targets on annual and quarterly basis, pursuing sales, collecting orders, and following up on supply and customer satisfaction. Introducing Allergan products to Physicians Presenting the added value of Allergan\'s products to the patient and to the care provider Territory / Account Management Invest time and effort to achieve the established goals for the territory such as sales, market share, physicians\' calls, etc. Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs. Create and maintain a positive impression with customers. Maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge and computer capabilities. Ensure clear concise and accurate communication of product information using proper medical terminology. Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time. Prepare, analyze and send sales monthly reports Project a professional image. Maintain timely communication with supervisor and other members of the sales team. Fully comply with the terms and conditions prescribed by the company and direct supervisor. Demonstrate persistence to accomplish the above objectives. This opportunity is defined as a maternity leave replacement. (option for regular hire afterwards) Qualifications
Education : B.Sc. in Life Sciences/ BioTecnology or other related fields Experience:
Previous experience as Sales Rep, in a global Med-Device/MedTec org. Experience in a multinational environment –advantage Skills:
Scientific understanding, and ability to conduct discussions with physicians; Excellent inter-personal skills; Excellent communication skills; Negotiation skills Personal Attributes:
