Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements Supports resource planning for delivery and execution Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards Business Job Description
Seeking a Delivery Lead within the GFC Data Technology organization, responsible for oversight, coordination and partnership with Technology leads to strategize and execute response to various organizational deliverables; supporting ad-hoc needs of Technology Executive aligned to strategic buildout of team/org operating model. Required Qualifications
Project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise manner, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions. Talented facilitator who skillfully leads conflict and issue resolution. Self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results. Adapts to changes in priorities with ease, comfortable working “in the gray” while defining the way forward. Microsoft Office suite proficiency; experience with Tableau and/or BI tools for report generation Skills

US - NJ - Jersey City - 101 Hudson St - 101 Hudson (NJ2101) Pay range $78,200.00 - $157,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on performance results and overall company success.
