The Cast Member’s primary responsibility is to ensure our Guests have “The Best Retail Experience in the World”. This is achieved by engaging with Guests and providing an entertaining and magical experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role. Perform scripted and non-scripted events for Guests Support Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages” Connect with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and make appropriate suggestions Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides Guests with an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience Assist Guests in finding solutions that meet their needs, leveraging all available resources including Disneystore.com Treat all Guests and Cast Members with respect, contributing to a positive work environment Maintain Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping Perform cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high Guest Service standards Participate in shipment processing, replenishment, and operational tasks as needed Uphold company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment Engage children at their level to make them part of the story Drive store results by suggesting additional items to meet Guest needs Demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor Work effectively as part of a team and accept feedback constructively Maintain a professional appearance according to Disney Store grooming guidelines Requerida experiencia laboral:
