Role Objective:
To expand our existing Criminal Defense practice group. The Criminal Defense Attorney works to achieve the best possible result for each and every client. This is an opportunity to work independently on cases but also have support when in unfamiliar territory, as well as second-chair felony jury trials. Willingness to work remote is required.
Responsibilities/Duties
Timely and professional client communication
Develop legal strategy and provide clear counsel
Develop cases
Legal research and writing
Court appearances
Collaborate with team members
Qualifications and Skills
Must be barred and in good standing in a US State
3+ years of criminal defense experience
Thorough knowledge and trial experience
Ability to handle a full caseload
Compensation
Compensation range is based on a combination of a draw and earned commissions.
