$98,692 - $110,719 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is currently a Senior Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Innovations in Behavioral Health CMS Innovations Center Cooperative Agreement. This effort is led by the NYS Department of Health in cooperation with the Office of Mental Health and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports. The incumbent in this position will manage OMH day-to-day operations for the IBH Model, track progress, manage project work plan and ensure IBH project milestones are met. Included in these responsibilities are the overall planning of workgroups to develop the IBH care delivery framework, medicaid payment approach and IT strategy. Incumbent will assess and assign work to the IBH OMH/OASAS project manager ensuring required reporting and milestones are met on time, under overall guidance of DOH Project Director. Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with Project Managers across the three state agencies. Develop workplan for project management and milestone achievement Manage: convening structure, funding resources, VBP arrangements. Ensure IBH model care delivery framework. Oversight of delivering reporting requirements to Project Director. Lead OMH multi-departmental workgroup to develop and implement the IBH Model. Work with other state agency divisions to incorporate aligned initiatives with the IBH model. Interface with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Center (CMMI). Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree and four years project management/policy implementation experience, an additional four years of experience may substitute for the bachelor\'s degree. Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate project management success Eager to work in a fast-paced multi-priority environment Have general knowledge of Medicaid managed care, budgeting, and behavioral health community programs meeting facilitation Have excellent attention to detail and follow-up Able to manage large complex project and facilitate multi-departmental, agency and external stakeholder workgroups.
