Finance Resource and Business Management – Business Management Lead – Director

Reporting to the Head of Resource and Business Management for Finance, the Business Management Lead is responsible for overseeing Finance’s financial governance, expense and site management processes and controls. This individual will work closely with the Lead Financial Officer team and Business Execution teams and be supported with direct reports.
Responsibilities
Expense Management:
Coordinate the development and maintenance of the operating plan (i.e., budget) for the Finance function, including engagement and communication approach across the finance function – working with the LFO team and coordinators across the function Maintain financial reporting structures, including DSMT, Managed Segments, GOCs, and functional transfers Identify productivity and expense management opportunities and develop and execute initiatives, processes and controls Oversee expense approval processes, including travel, meetings, corporate cards, etc. as well as maintaining P2P commodity delegations for the function, in-line with policy and procedures Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews for Finance function and sub-function, including agenda, template and guidance Site Management:
Oversee Finance’s global site management program, including maintaining Finance function and sub-function leadership and engaging individuals to drive site management and employee engagement Oversee Finance’s real estate footprint and operations, including working with Real Estate and local contacts to maintain processes and controls Facilitate Executive Assistant support assignments within local sites and engage EAs to support site management Knowledge, Experience, and Skills: Extensive experience in managing highly visible, complex initiatives and/or consulting experience; Capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic ad big picture perspective Deep subject matter expertise in headcount management for financial services/banking Demonstrated skills in building and developing teams Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior manager Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders. Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience Management experience in a financial services role Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology Demonstrated ability to manage a team, complex projects and processes Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven strategic planning and presentation skills Consistently develop and maintain effective work relationships Proven ability to conduct research/analysis and organize findings Education
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred Primary Location:

Full time Primary Location Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
