As a

Sales Manager

at a Concord Hospitality property, you play a vital role in the hotel’s success. You will develop and grow hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and property tours for both guest rooms and event space. Responsibilities: Actively sell meeting and event space through proactive outreach, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Respond to and convert inbound leads from corporate clients, planners, and individuals hosting social events. Prepare customized proposals and contracts, aligning event needs with hotel offerings. Conduct site visits and client meetings to present the property and services in the best light. Manage the client relationship from initial inquiry through signed contract, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team. Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in the hotel’s CRM or booking system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up to date with hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and local market activity. Qualifications: Hotel / Hospitality Sales Experience Preferred Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel group, catering, or event sales. Proven success in proactive selling, contract negotiation, and client relationship management. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously. Professional communication and presentation skills. Experience with Marriott hotel sales software (CITY and Fosse) is a plus. Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
