Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.**Job Summary & Responsibilities**The Senior Workplace Services Coordinator, will manage the Workplace Services for all Manufacturing sites west of the Mississippi River and all Remote sites in the USA.
To do this the candidate must be able to develop standard level of service for all the workplace service for all locations and work with other facilities team members and site assistants to maintain them.
**Qualifications**This workplace services include but are not limited to, Janitorial (services and supplies), Breakroom Service, Vending, Cleanroom Consumables, Cleanroom Garments, Document Management (offsite storage and destruction), Fitness Center, Office Supplies, corporate events, etc. Must bid out these services, manage the selected supplier through regularly meetings, evaluations of their performance, review possible cost savings, and service improvements.
