About the Role Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this high-impact leadership role, you will develop and oversee multichannel marketing strategies that increase market share, drive cross-sell opportunities and transform how we engage prospects and customers across channels. Responsibilities Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering growth, accountability and a customer-first mindset Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning marketing priorities with business objectives and developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and risks Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to ensure strategies remain modern, effective and competitive Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy Oversee campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email and content strategy Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives when needed Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.) Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
