General Superintendent

for a long-term, multi-million dollar project in the Upstate New York area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising construction teams and maintaining work schedules

Ensuring quality control compliance

Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Managing safety standards and ensuring code compliance

Coordinating with architects, construction managers, and clients

Overseeing project budgets and resource allocation

Motivating and leading teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of construction processes and codes

Experience with safety management, scheduling, and quality standards

Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs

Track record of successful project delivery
