Responsibilities
The position is responsible for executing project scrubs for assigned projects from across the Entergy Enterprise. It conducts SME interviews and works with the project team to develop initial hypotheses and required analyses. It presents PowerPoint during problem solving sessions and creates a fact basis presentation. It works with Scrub Execution to facilitate scrub workshops and assists with sizing potential value of workshop-generated opportunities. It is accountable for ensuring quality deliverables within established timeframes to maintain scrub schedule. Review and analyzes project documentation to develop initial hypotheses on potential value levers. Identifies SMEs in conjunction with Scrub Execution and conducts interviews. Leverages project team, SMEs and Scrub Execution to refine hypotheses. Present PowerPoint during problem solving sessions and create fact basis in preparation for workshop discussions. Identifies workshop participants in conjunction with Scrub Execution. Consolidate ideas generated from workshop and works with project team to estimate value, capital headroom and enablers. Coordinates with all functional departments as needed to achieve the requirements of the applicable corporate standards and guidelines. Identifies, communicates, and takes prompt action on project issues that could impact project performance. Assist Scrub Execution with project team follow up to ensure ideas are implemented. Capture lessons learned in conjunction with Scrub Execution for each project scrub and share best practices. Promotes safe behavior and adherence to the safety rules on the project. Work is performed in both an office setting and in field conditions.
Qualifications
Minimum education
required of the position: Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field OR 4 years of equivalent/related work experience (in addition to Minimum Experience requirement) in lieu of degree. Minimum experience

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
required of the position: History of safe performance, active safety involvement and participation and strong desire for a safer workplace. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess excellent presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications, processes, software and equipment. Knowledge of project management principles and effective estimating practices. Understanding of Industry Best Practices. Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience, team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
