Position Overview
The Warehouse Distribution & Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and optimal facility performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety standards, improving operational workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities
Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping. Oversee distribution logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Maintain facility standards including cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulations. Lead and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transportation teams to align operations with business goals. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory movements and transactions. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors as needed. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or facilities management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Pay Details:
