COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date. Produce and maintain work schedules and production records. Direct daily activities. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures. Ensure safe and organized storage of food items. Maintain serving schedules and ensure proper service per menu specifications. Follow health and safety codes and regulations. Maintain accurate weekly inventory. Prepare orders as needed to ensure proper production levels. Operate cost-effective programs. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote teamwork and morale. At Aramark, developing skills and doing what it takes to get the job done positively impacts employees and customers. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions. Complete a sanitation course within the first year as a lead. Basic arithmetic skills. Maintain emotional control under stress. Resolve interpersonal situations effectively. Strong organizational skills. Minimum Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking.
