We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality of Education Director to join our values-driven College. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the conditions and momentum to drive up the quality of education across the institution, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
This crucial role involves providing strategic leadership for and management of the quality of education across all our provision, including oversight of the quality assurance team and teacher development programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading transformational change in an FE College and ideally will have experience of undertaking an Associate Inspector role with Ofsted
OR
be willing to undertake Ofsted training to become an Associate Inspector, as part of the role. You will play a key role in ensuring that the College champions consistently excellent standards across the Quality of Education, inspiring continuous improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of collaboration, helping us to innovate and inspire staff, students, apprentices and employers in an ever-changing world.
