Salary Range $64,205 – $78,847 Job Description The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals implementing behavior-analytic interventions. The clinician will manage a caseload of 8-11 students exhibiting intense behavioral difficulties, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role may require up to one evening per week and one weekend day per month for parent training and residential support. Qualifications
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree, actively pursuing a master’s. Exam and license eligibility. Experience with children and adolescents with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities preferred.
