is seeking an Executive Assistant to start as soon as possible, full time / part time, permanent. As Executive Assistant at RWE Supply & Trading Americas, you’ll be the cornerstone of our leadership team’s success in Chicago, supporting senior executives and driving the seamless flow of critical information and operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team, collaborating with stakeholders at every level, and gaining insight into the heart of our global trading business. The position is based in Chicago with a requirement to be in the office 3-4 days per week. Responsibilities

Proactively organise and support meetings, conferences and events, ensuring seamless planning and execution Manage complex calendars, send invites and agendas, attend meetings to capture minutes and action items Provide high-level administrative and document support, focusing on quality and timely delivery Serve as the go-to liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear communications Keep organisational charts up-to-date and coordinate on administrative matters, escalating issues as necessary Partner with other RWE Assistants for cross-team support, ensuring smooth coverage and collaboration Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, manage expense reports, and support budget control processes (including SAP) Champion efficient distribution of meeting materials, project management, and ad hoc initiatives that support executive priorities Requirements

5 to 7 years’ experience providing high-level executive support, ideally within a dynamic and growing business environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation Demonstrated analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capability, tackling challenges with resilience and focus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and a readiness to master new technologies Naturally collaborative approach, balancing independence with a strong sense of teamwork Strong organisational skills and drive – able to set direction, prioritise, and deliver with impact What We Offer
