Your responsibilities will include food prep, supervising line staff, inventory management, and providing on-the-spot solutions.

About you...
Passionate about culinary arts with at least 2 years of similar experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, leadership ability, and a proven track record in guest and team engagement, as well as financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About us...
