Our compensation packages include: Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. 401K with maximum employee matching. Health care benefits. Generous paid vacation and sick leave time. We will rely on your expertise to: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively. Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse concerns. Ability to pass a background check. Demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients. Additionally Valuable Qualifications: Experience working in mental health. Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency. Specialty area of practice.
