$180,000–$220,000 base salary, plus up to 25% annual bonus based on performance Schedule:

Small, multi-site finance/accounting group Role Overview A confidential division within a larger organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations and support strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior finance professional who enjoys both high-level planning and direct involvement in daily processes. The successful candidate will manage a distributed team, drive improvements in financial controls, and provide analysis to support business decisions. What You’ll Do Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain systems for accurate record-keeping and audit trails Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, challenging assumptions to drive optimal outcomes Manage cash flow, accounts payable, receivables, and related financial activities Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of findings Support integration and financial planning for new business initiatives and acquisitions Provide commercial guidance on contracts, risk management, and operational finance matters Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture within the finance team Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Partner with leadership to analyze business performance and support growth strategies Oversee payroll, tax, insurance, and other operational finance functions What You Bring CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial planning roles, including team leadership Demonstrated success in financial oversight for organizations with up to $300 million in revenue Experience with multi-location financial operations and consolidations Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus, as well as implementation experience Background in product-based environments preferred Ability to travel as needed for business purposes Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change Benefits Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 160 hours a year and 8 Paid Holidays Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
