Schedule: 6am - 4pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $16 - $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Review shipping/receiving notices and supporting documents to prepare schedules and ensure completeness. Compile and verify data from contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, BOMs, and accounting reports. Maintain accurate stock control records, including cycle counts and item characteristics, and recommend disposal of unused stock. Verify requisitions, shipping orders, routing slips, and job orders for accuracy against catalogs, manuals, and parts lists. Audit work orders and materials issued to ensure profitability, scanning and updating inventory records regularly. Track inspector time and enter data into work systems. Maintain organized, clean work area and perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
