LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to hire an Intake and Conflicts Specialist to support the firmwide new business intake and conflicts resolution process. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in legal operations, compliance, or risk management who thrives in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conflicts of interest, client onboarding procedures, and legal ethics. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration with attorneys, compliance professionals, and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities

Review new client and matter intake forms for completeness and accuracy Conduct thorough conflicts checks using internal databases and research tools Analyze potential conflicts and escalate issues to attorneys and risk management teams Assist with client onboarding, engagement letters, and ethical wall implementation Maintain accurate records and documentation related to conflicts and intake procedures Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in a law firm or professional services environment Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest, legal ethics, and client intake procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and conflicts management software Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with attorneys and compliance teams preferred Benefits:

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details:

$53,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
