The ideal candidate will specialize in financial analysis and possess strong general business analysis skills. This role involves forecasting transportation costs, performing in-depth financial variance analysis, and supporting business planning through data-driven insights and evaluations. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Cost Forecast and Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and present results, and insights into cost drivers to management to inform company strategy. Conduct comprehensive financial variance analysis, including cost control, budgeting, and financial modelling. Develop budgets and forecasts, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, mid-year forecasts, and annual budgets. Strategic Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and recommend specific cost-saving measures based on detailed financial variance analysis and transportation cost trends Carrier Volume Forecasts: Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and long-term carrier volume forecasts. Data Analytics/Modelling: Utilize tools such as Power BI, SQL, and data visualization techniques to develop and maintain robust forecasting models. Lead and manage projects aimed at achieving Honda's triple net zero goals Key Accountabilities

Perform in-depth financial analysis, including cost control, budgeting, financial analysis, and account reviews. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Develop budgets and forecasts, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, mid-year forecasts, and annual budgets Apply technical skills in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation using tools like Power Bi, Excel, SQL Identify potential saving through detailed analysis Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience 5+ years professional experience with financial analysis (exposure to auto industry or logistics preferred) or equivalent education and experience Advanced knowledge in excel, Power Bi, SQL Advanced experience with financial costing and forecasting Highly analytical Analytical capabilities Financial background Advanced excel skills, Power BI, writing SQL Queries, Power Queries Working Conditions
