Job Description:
BHCC is seeking dynamic adjunct faculty to teach in the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Department for Fall 2025. Available Course: CRJ-101 Intro to Criminal Justice | In-person |2:30PM-3:45PM, Mondays and Wednesdays.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in related field or Master's Degree in any field combined with related work experience. Commitment to advancing equity and access in the classroom. College teaching experience, especially at community college level,preferred. Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
Additional Information:
Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour. Applicants who do not meet the qualifications as noted above are encouraged to put in writing precisely how their background and experience has prepared them with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience required for the responsibilities of this position. Please note that as a condition of employment, the final candidate will undergo Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Sex Offender Registry Information (SORI) background screenings in accordance with state regulations.
