Trustar Bank has a unique opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The Senior Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing and securing the Bank's cloud infrastructure, supporting IT endpoints, ensuring system reliability, and implementing best industry security standards. This role requires an expert-level understanding of cloud platforms, security frameworks, automation, compliance standards, and IT systems management. The Senior Systems Administrator will follow all established policies and procedures of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing Azure Solutions: Deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications and services. Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving Azure-related problems. Configuring Services: Setting up virtual machines, storage, and networking resources. Cost Optimization: Managing subscriptions and implementing cost-effective solutions. Intune to include: Device enrollment and management, policy configuration, mobile application management, security and compliance and troubleshooting and support. Responsible for Office 365 to include: user management, email administration, application management and license management. Responsible for Patch Management/Vulnerability Remediation to include: testing patches, deploying updates, monitoring compliance and vulnerability remediation. Key responsibilities as System Administrator to include: System management, security and compliance, performance optimization and both software and hardware updates. Active Directory Management Helpdesk Support: Technical assistance, troubleshooting, user support and documentation. Change Management Asset Management including inventory management, budgeting, vendor coordination as well as reporting and auditing Network Administration: Software & Hardware Maintenance: Ensuring network software is up-to-date and maintaining physical infrastructure lifecycle. Performance Monitoring: Diagnosing and resolving network issues to minimize downtime. Assisting employees with network access and connectivity issues. Tracking network performance and optimizing for efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with at least 2+ years focusing on cloud security, architecture, and IT systems support. Industry Certifications a plus such as: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, MCSA, MCSE, Security+, Network+ Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure including security controls and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell. Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security monitoring tools. Experience with patch management, vulnerability management, and incident response. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements and frameworks such as FDIC, SEC, GLBA, NIST, CISA, and SOC 2. Experience in IT systems support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting common IT issues. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
