Job Description
Work directly with the graphic design and merchandising team to display our aesthetic, preferences, and vision, providing design recommendations for our customers. Create and maintain relationships with our core customer base by sharing unique design ideas. Develop relationships with team members to connect customers with the right resources. Provide feedback and share experiences to improve the app design. Qualifications
Passion for styling/staging/interior design, a good eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with new trends. Desire and ability to inspire and educate others about home design fundamentals. Strong ability to navigate and use the provided mobile app and online tools/resources. Organized and self-motivated to manage various projects simultaneously and follow up with the team daily. A clear understanding of our companys vision to translate it into concepts that meet or exceed expectations. Open and encouraging personality that celebrates our customers tastes and helps guide them in renovating and decorating their homes. A retail or home decor background is desired but not necessary. Interior Design or Home Staging experience is a plus. Portfolio of relevant home decor work is preferred but not required. Additional Information
