OB/GYN Physician - Laborist Model - 24-Hour Shifts (Westchester County) at Optum. Mount Kisco, NY. Optum NY, (formerly Optum Tri-State NY) is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Laborist to join our growing team. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll contribute to a patient-centric care model within a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for women in labor, including monitoring labor progress and managing deliveries Perform and assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries Provide triage services for obstetric patients presenting with urgent or emergent conditions Work closely with nurses, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing updates and education about their care Attend scheduled departmental and mandatory meetings; participate on assigned committees Assist with departmental recruitment efforts Demonstrate community involvement to promote the department and Optum Required Qualifications

Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or current NY licensure in process Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start Compensation & Benefits Highlights
