We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual for the position of
Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Oncology (Prostate Cancer) . This field-based leadership role will focus on expanding ORGOVYX’s presence in prostate cancer care within both academic and community oncology. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive Oncology KOL engagement plan focused on prostate cancer management with ORGOVYX. Partner with Brand Marketing Team to support cross-team initiatives. Collaborate with the Thought Leader Liaison – Urology counterpart, along with field teams to ensure coordinated engagement. Expand ORGOVYX’s presence and network into oncology centers of excellence and leading academic institutions. Build relationships with GU oncologists and radiation oncologists shaping the prostate cancer treatment paradigm. Lead ORGOVYX presence and engagement at major oncology congresses and regional meetings. Design and execute innovative engagement formats outside of congresses. Capture and analyze oncology-specific insights using KIQ/KIT frameworks to guide brand strategy. Oversee speaker contracting and execution of prostate cancer-focused KOL engagement. Ensure all materials created for KOL engagement are compliant from a legal, medical, and regulatory perspective. Provide timely written summaries of medical oncology and radiation oncology engagements with actionable input to support ORGOVYX. Serve as a thought partner to internal leadership on evolving oncology market dynamics and multidisciplinary prostate cancer care. Key Core Competencies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with credibility among clinical leaders in prostate cancer. Strong knowledge of the prostate cancer treatment landscape, particularly multi-modality care involving ORGOVYX. Strategic acumen and ability to synthesize oncology insights into business impact. Advanced project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. High standards of compliance, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. High degree of organizational awareness, with ability to connect the dots to understand all interdependencies and see the big picture. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare strongly preferred. Minimum 10–15 years (without Master’s) or 8–12 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with oncology experience strongly preferred. Established knowledge of prostate cancer treatment and evolving standards of care. Demonstrated success engaging oncology and radiation oncology KOLs at both academic and community levels.
