WHSP Medical, P.C. is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our interdisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, and allied health professionals. This role is dedicated to supporting athletes across the lifespan -- from adolescents to adults -- through integrated, outpatient care. The PA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a focus on women’s health, sports injuries, and performance optimization in an ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sports medicine, a strong understanding of the athlete experience, and a passion for working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary model to deliver world-class care to athletes at all levels. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including physical exams and medical history reviews Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions related to women’s health, musculoskeletal issues, and overall wellness Order and interpret diagnostic tests, medications and write prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures Develop and implement appropriate treatment and management plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other care team members Manage all aspects of patient care in collaboration with his or her supervising MD and care team Provide patient education and counseling on injury prevention, menstrual health, contraception, menopause, nutrition, and mental health Assist in office-based procedures and medical treatments Provide consistent documented care in a timely, accurate manner using the electronic medical record system Participate in team-based care planning and case conferences Support community education or athletic outreach events as needed Contribute to quality improvement and research efforts within the medical practice Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations as well as any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements to protect patient privacy and institutional data integrity. Education and Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Must maintain current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licenses Must complete 100 hours of continuing medical education every two years Current BLS and ACLS certification Prior Experience and Skills:

Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting Experience in women’s health, sports medicine, orthopedics or endocrinology preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated empathy in complex or sensitive patient interactions Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in patient care What We Offer:
