The studios work has been widely recognized in House Beautiful, Elle Decor, The Wall Street Journal, NBCs Open House TV, and more. OVERVIEW This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, self-motivated, and detail-driven Interior Designer to join a collaborative, passionate firm. You will work closely with Principal Tina Ramchandani and the design team on all aspects of design and project management, from concept through completion. We welcome Intermediate level designers to apply.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Support the design and implementation of high-end residential projects from concept through completion. Develop detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Contribute to the development of design concepts, including furniture and finish selections, custom furniture development, and sourcing materials such as finishes, plumbing fixtures, and decorative hardware. Prepare and present client-facing materials, including drawings, mood boards, material flat lays, and visual presentations. Manage project scopes, including prioritization, budget oversight, timelines, and scheduling. Maintain clear and effective internal communication and provide regular project updates. Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, architects, general contractors, builders, and tradespeople to ensure all design elements are executed seamlessly and according to plan. QUALIFICATIONS Ideally 5-7 years of residential interior design experience with knowledge of New York City/tristate resources Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture preferred. Will consider candidates with degrees in other fields that bring experience in high end residential design. This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 9:00 - 5:00pm, but flexibility is required for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. A portfolio that showcases both your technical skills and your creative vision. Proficiency with a PC, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Studio, Dropbox, and Google Workspace. Slack, Asana and Lastpass experience are also preferred. Strong knowledge in material sourcing, specifications, custom furnishings, construction and renovations.
