About the Team: Our media effectiveness client service team specializes in navigating the evolving media landscape. We assist organizations in optimizing their media campaigns, identifying target audiences, and measuring marketing impact through advanced technologies and in-depth audience analysis. About the Role: The Media Client Service Associate will play a vital role in servicing clients by delivering quality work, fostering strong relationships, and developing expertise in digital media campaign strategies. Strong communication, organization skills, and a keen interest in digital advertising are essential. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct advertising campaign effectiveness research for leading media clients. Utilize various tools to manage research studies from inception to completion. Facilitate kick-off calls, manage study setup, perform survey design, data analysis, and present results. Oversee project timelines and quality by collaborating with client teams and various departments. Lead meetings to initiate projects and present comprehensive data results to clients and their ad agencies. Provide actionable media and creative recommendations based on measurement outcomes. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure project accuracy and proactively resolve issues. Enhance skills through training sessions and team engagement. Develop a deep understanding of media capabilities and analytics methods. Demonstrate critical thinking, seek process improvements, and contribute to an inclusive team environment. Essential Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines. 1-2 years of professional experience, including strong internships; market research experience with exposure to quantitative methodologies preferred. Proven client-facing experience with a track record of successful interactions. Understanding of advertising principles and practices. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the capacity to learn additional business tools. Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
