We're seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Renton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources while supporting a collaborative and people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation scheduling Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and reporting Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications:
1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or payroll systems a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field Pay Details:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
