Sales Manager / Sales Representative
to launch and expand our presence in the vibrant Orange County market. This is a
career-defining opportunity
to sell a unique product with
zero competition
in its category. The Role We are looking for a passionate
Beverage Sales Representative / Alcohol Sales Manager
who is well-acquainted with the Orange County market. While experience in
wine, spirits, or alcohol beverage sales
is beneficial, it is not mandatory. What matters most is a natural ability to sell, build relationships, secure new accounts, and drive sales volume. You will represent Ola Sol across
on-premise and off-premise accounts
(bars, restaurants, and retailers) while collaborating closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, superb candidates can look forward to
hiring and training their own sales team . We are open to
part-time, contract, and full-time
candidates. What You'll Do Drive alcohol beverage sales : Open new accounts, forge strong relationships, and secure repeat orders. Tell the Ola Sol story : Educate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine. Build cocktail programs : Create easy-to-implement offerings that drive volume and margin. Work the market : Commit to a minimum of 4 days weekly visiting various accounts (bars, restaurants, retail). Distributor management : Collaborate with our distributor team for aligned growth strategy. Plan & execute strategy : Develop monthly sales plans, manage budgets effectively, and meet KPIs. Host trainings & tastings : Conduct brand education and enhance awareness through engaging events. Stay compliant : Ensure all sales practices adhere to state laws and company policies. Who You Are 2+ years of
outside sales or beverage/alcohol sales experience
preferred. Solid knowledge of the
Orange County alcohol market
and existing account relationships is a plus. Passionate about wine, agave, and cocktail culture (you know how to mix a mean margarita). Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, thriving in a
new category sales environment . Expertise in
relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. Organized, results-driven, and comfortable balancing both strategic planning and execution. Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Compensation & Perks Base salary + uncapped commission/bonus
(anticipated to be 15-25% of salary). Meaningful equity stake
(vesting over 4 years for full-time hires). Flexibility in schedule:
