This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our retail stores thrive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage closely with our wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. You'll also be responsible for promptly resolving customer issues, maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation, and staying informed about product features. Your efforts will contribute to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and meeting store sales targets. Due to the nature of this role, you will interact with customers, which may include minors, and handle cash and various payment methods. As such, we require a thorough review of criminal history to safeguard our business operations and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the community. Compensation is determined based on various factors such as experience, training, and company needs. While the stated wage range reflects potential compensation, it may vary based on geographical considerations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and providing suitable products and services. Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and product formulas. Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Organize and stock shelves while creating appealing displays. Clean store equipment and assist with the loading/unloading of delivery trucks. Support deliveries as needed and maintain well-organized sales areas. Stay knowledgeable on products and options available to customers. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion. Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in multiple languages. Proficiency in reading and communicating in Spanish.
